I was going straight in green light and uninsured driver came from Charlotte exit 42 and enter in red light to make a left run at pak road ( University blvd)y car car push 35 foot to 45 foot other drive was driving speed was 50 to 65 miles( no one make a left turn on this speed;two inch tire print founded next to my vehicle when she got my car on left side front area,if she hit on driver side door I could be die I can loose life,it's DUi and other party wasn't getting tickets !!! police make false accusations report she was turning left on only when yellow flashing 


How can
Get resolved issue


stopped discrimination on every each accident when I am not in failt,because incomplete or false police report show up 50/50 percent fault cause me to paying high insurance when other driver is totally 90 to 99 percent fault.police office reported they can't change police report because as up to auto insurance company's.auto insurance company looking for advantage they need money.effect Innocent person getting to pay high insurance when they not suppose to pay
